Japanese Financial Solutions Limited is authorised by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as a general accountancy practice. The main area of services are in accounting and taxation, business consulting and company secretarial work. Our main specialization is inward investment consulting, especially strong in Japanese corporate business matters as our name states.
We are based at the edge of City of London to be close to our clients. Our clientele includes subsidiaries and branches of major Japanese financial companies listed in the premier section of Tokyo Stock Exchange (Equivalent of FTSE100).
Our experiences in industries are diverse, property investment, energy, information technology, art and media, academic institutes, international trading, finance, research, restaurants, retails et cetera.
We can also support British companies and entrepreneurs to work to invest in Japan through our strategic partners in Japan.
The principal director is Satoru Yoshida, a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a bachelor of law from University of Doshisha, Kyoto, Japan. He has worked a number of high profile organisations such as Ernst and Young LLP, JVC and Shimizu Corporation.
Our chairman/director is Dr. Clive Morton OBE. He is a professor of corporate governance and business development at Middlesex University Business School. He is a former vice president of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has been director of personnel/human resources for Komatsu UK, Nothern Electric, Rolls Royce Inustrial Power Group and Anglian Water Services.
